Andilea, was born and raised in Alaska. She graduated from Alaska Pacific University in 1994 upon completing her Master’s in Finance with a Concentration in Accounting. She earned her CPA license in 1996, and she has earned additional licenses and certifications in tax preparation as an enrolled Agent, SPHR in Human Resources, and Executive Management.

Staff Accountant
Payton Weaver is a dedicated Staff Accountant at AAA Accounting, where he brings a strong background in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and business strategy. He earned his degree in psychology with a focus in business administration from Montana State University, combining analytical thinking with financial acumen to help businesses make informed decisions.
Before joining AAA Accounting, Payton co-founded a business, managing sales, marketing, project management, and financial operations. He also served as the Operations Manager at a mental health clinic, where he improved financial systems and administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency and client care. His diverse experience allows him to approach accounting with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring clients receive both precise financial management and strategic insights tailored to their goals.
